We are running a number of cake decorating classes that cover everything you need to know from start to finish when making a wedding cake. Whether its cupcakes or wedding cakes here at the Anna Tyler Cake School we will teach you what you want to learn. When creating our classes we had one aim in mind, and that aim was for every student to walk away with at least one if not a whole new range of new skills.
So bearing this in mind, all of our classes run with small class sizes of 4 students, and they have been designed so that we can teach you the skills and techniques required to create an absolutely flawless cake.

Have you ever wondered how you get your cake decorations on the cake equally, so that each space is the same as the last space? There are ways to achieve a perfect cake and we are here to show you how. On our 2 day wedding cake course you will learn how the professionals decorate their cakes to ensure everything is in the right place!

Come and learn how to make beautiful hand made sugar roses on our 3 hour cupcake class. You will leave with a box of 6 fabulously decorated vanilla cupcakes that you will have filled with a delicious raspberry filling then topped with decadent vanilla frosting.

Everyone loves roses, especially when they are hand crafted sugar roses. Knowing how to make sugar roses is a must for anybody wanting to create beautiful wedding cakes or birthday cakes.
